From Europe to Texas
Nassos and his family reimagined what a coffee house could be -- bringing European craftsmanship to Texas.
What began at the Frisco Farmers Market quickly became something more. Nassos founded Yiayia's Coffee House and built a reputation on serving the best cup he could produce, paired with genuine hospitality. Every bag we roast and every drink we serve is guided by the same principle: source the best beans we can find, roast them with care, and never cut corners.
The name “Yiayia” means grandmother in Greek -- a tribute to the warmth, generosity, and uncompromising standards that define the best hosts. That spirit runs through everything we do, from how we train our baristas to how we choose our partners and producers. We believe great coffee is an act of care, and every cup should feel like it was made just for you.
Today, Yiayia's operates out of our Dallas flagship and the Frisco Farmers Market on weekends. We roast in small batches, ship across the country, and welcome anyone who appreciates a cup made with intention. Whether you visit us in person or order a bag online, you're part of the family.
