Policies

All orders are roasted to order and ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination ZIP and package weight. Rates start at $5.99 for a single bag to the DFW metro and scale up for regional and national ZIPs and for larger or bulk orders. In-store pickup at our Dallas location is always free -- select "Pick up in store" at checkout.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

For unopened bags in original condition, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Subscriptions are billed automatically at your selected frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). You will be charged at the beginning of each cycle.

You can pause, change the frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments. If you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your current cycle's order will still be fulfilled.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your orders and improve your experience: name, email, shipping address, and payment details.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

By placing an order on yiayias.coffee, you agree to these terms. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion -- for example, if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.
